Have you prepared too many vegetables for your meal and don't know what to do with the leftovers? Did your vegetables spoil? Did you cook them so as not to throw them away, but don't know how to preserve them? Broccoli, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, you're not inspired, but you want to avoid food waste, so follow our Pyrex tips®!

Respect the rules of preservation!

One of the first rules of preservation is to avoid mixing and storing together foods that don't have the same shelf life. Isolate vegetables at the end of your meal and place them in a dedicated storage box.

For how long? Whether summer vegetables (zucchinis, eggplants, peppers, etc.) or winter vegetables (leeks, cabbage, carrots, etc.), leftover cooked vegetables can be kept for 3 to 4 days in the fridge, and 24 months in the freezer.

Identify your leftovers in the fridge or freezer!

Place your leftovers in glass boxes, the transparency of which will enable you to identify the contents at a glance.

To optimize your storage even further, use Stop au gaspi conservation boxes, colored and decorated to match the container. Click here for our special Vegetable Storage Box!
