  • 1 packet of plain triangle chips
  • 1 lawyer
  • bunch of coriander
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 150g cheddar cheese
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°c

Step 2

Cut up the avocado, place the flesh in a bowl and mash with the juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper and add the coriander.

Step 3

Dice tomato, chop red onion, juice of half a lemon and coriander. Mix well.

Step 4

Place chips in an ovenproof dish. Place the cheeses on top.

Step 5

Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Add the toppings and enjoy!
