- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 500g pumpkin
- 150g brown sugar
- 100g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp 4 spice powder

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 2
Place the shortcrust pastry in the tart pan, line it with baking paper and arrange the dried beans. Bake the pastry for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Steam the pumpkin, puree the flesh (keep the skin to make a broth and the seeds to roast as an aperitif) and remove as much water as possible.
Step 4
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
Step 5
Add the spices.
Step 6
Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
Step 7
Pour the mixture over the pastry, smooth the pastry and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 8
Bake for 45 minutes.
