Commande non exécutée

Je ne peux pas exprimer d'avis sur le produit car contrairement à ce que vous dites avoir honoré la commande depuis plus de 14 jours, après 20 jours les couvercles de remplacement ne sont pas encore arrivés (commande confirmée du 7.5.2025 n.604550).
J'ai déjà envoyé 2 rappels (15 et 19 mai, enregistrés avec la demande d'assistance n° 61059 et 61145 les 20 et 21 mai de la part de [****]) mais je n'ai encore reçu aucune confirmation d'expédition.
Pour cette raison, je peux dire que le service commercial de Pyrex Webshop n'est pas satisfaisant et s'ils ne procèdent pas de toute urgence à l'expédition, ils doivent au moins me rembourser les 42,20 euros que j'ai avancés.
