- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Leftover turkey
- 25cl milk
- salt/pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 250°c.
Step 2
Wash, peel (save the peelings for a future vegetable stock or chips - if organic), chop them and steam for 30 min.
Step 3
Mash, add the milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 4
Chop the onion and brown it in a pan. Add the ground turkey.
Step 5
Place the turkey in the bottom of the dish and add the mashed potatoes on top.
Step 6
Put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
