Lemon chicken skewers with grilled corn

  • 250g chicken
  • 1 lemon(s) (for juice and zest)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • A small piece of fresh ginger
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Corn on the cob

Recipe

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour.

Step 2

Prepare marinade: mix lemon juice and zest, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and ginger.

Step 3

Cut up the chicken pieces and place in the marinade. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 4

On each skewer, place a lemon wedge, a cherry tomato and a piece of chicken.

Step 5

Cook the skewers for 10 minutes at 180°C in the Air Fryer.

Step 6

Brush the corn cobs with a little olive oil. Place them in the Air Fryer dish.

Step 7

Bake the corn on the cob for 20 minutes at 200°C, turning several times during cooking.
