  • Fresh goat cheese
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 tomato
  • Gruyère cheese
  • Herbs of Provence

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Step 2

Spread the goat cheese on one side of the sandwich bread.

Step 3

Slice the zucchini and tomato and arrange them on the goat cheese.

Step 4

Put a little Gruyère and Provençal herbs on top and bake for 5 minutes on the grill.
