MAINTENANCE: Wash thoroughly before first use. Avoid abrasive products or sponges to preserve the surface. Gasket and valve are removable for easy cleaning.

VACUUMING : To evacuate, place the pump on the lid valve. Use the hand pump (sold separately), pumping up and down until you feel resistance. Do not over-pump: this can damage the plastic and brings no additional benefit. To release the vacuum, lift the valve to let the air in. Vacuum packing does not replace refrigeration, freezing or normal food safety practices. Do not overfill before freezing: water expands as it freezes.

USE: Product is airtight only when vacuum-packed. Compatible with conventional and microwave ovens without lid. Do not use on a hotplate. Do not place dish on a damp surface when removing from oven: risk of breakage. Dishwasher-safe and suitable for freezing.

WARRANTY: This product is guaranteed for 10 years by INTERNATIONAL COOKWARE against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage due to mechanical shock, improper handling, inappropriate or professional use. Products showing chips or nicks due to use, or heated on a hob, may be weakened and are no longer covered. Stains, deformation and discoloration of the lid are not covered by the warranty. If you have any problems using the product, please contact: www.pyrex.eu

Tired of seeing your fruit and vegetables turn brown or your dishes lose their flavor too quickly? Opt for the new Cook&Save Pyrex range®!

Thanks to a brand-new lid with silicone valve and manual vacuum pump, Cook&Save tins keep your food fresh even longer! Vacuum packing slows down the oxidation process and can prevent the development of certain micro-organisms.

The little extra? Once vacuum-packed, Cook&Save food containers become hermetically sealed, so they can be stored or transported safely, with no risk of leakage! Available in rectangular and round formats, from 0.6 L to 2.6 L, Cook&Save tins meet all your storage needs. All you have to do is cook, vacuum-pack, store and enjoy later, as if you'd just prepared your meal.

Pyrex® borosilicate glass guarantees exceptional resistance to mechanical and thermal shock up to 240°C, so you can go from freezer to oven or microwave with complete peace of mind. What's more, the glass retains neither odors nor stains, for an optimal cooking experience.
