Apricot cake

Soft cake: sweet combination of yoghurt, tender flour, sun-kissed apricots, sprinkled with crunchy golden almonds. An irresistible golden delight!

- 1 plain yogurt
- 125g sugar
- 200g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 50g butter
- 3 eggs
- 6 apricots
- Slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Step 2
Put the yogurt in a bowl, add the flour, sugar and baking powder and mix well.
Step 3
Add the eggs one by one and mix.
Step 4
Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Step 6
Arrange the apricot halves on top and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Step 7
Pour a tablespoon of brown sugar.
Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes.
