Moreover, its waterproof lid, designed for travel, will guarantee both the good conservation and the freshness of your food, while avoiding spills and leaks. Our mini glass bowl is also available in 3 modern colors namely purple, turquoise and blue.


The exceptional quality of this dish lies in its manufacturing material, Pyrex® borosilicate glass. Resistant to extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +350°C, it can be safely transferred from the freezer to the oven. In addition, its resistance to thermal shocks up to 240°C makes it a reliable ally for all your culinary preparations. It does not retain stains or odors, thus preserving the purity of flavors. Please note, however, that its lid is not suitable for the oven or microwave.

  • 100g fresh spinach shoots
  • About 10 radishes
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe

Step 1

In a bowl, prepare the sauce: combine the grated Parmesan, olive oil, cider vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Wash spinach shoots and dry gently.

Step 3

Wash and thinly slice radishes.

Step 4

Arrange the spinach shoots and radish slices in a large dish.

Step 5

Pour the Parmesan sauce over the salad.
