  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1cas balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cases olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Wash and cut vegetables

Step 2

Blend all ingredients together

Step 3

Adjust seasoning to taste

Step 4

Place in a cool place for at least 1 hour before serving.
