200 ml milk

50g sugar

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 180°c.

STEP 2

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk.

STEP 3

Place the slices of stale bread in an ovenproof dish and pour the mixture over them.

STEP 4

Cut the peach into quarters and place on the bread.

STEP 5

Place in the oven for 25 minutes.
