Roasted carrots with honey and yoghurt sauce

Oven-baked carrots coated with paprika, honey and olive oil. Accompanied by a creamy, lemony yogurt sauce. A gourmet delight!
Ingredients

- 1 bunch of carrots
- Paprika
- Honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon
- olive oil

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Wash and cut the carrots in half
Step 3
Place in a baking dish. Add the paprika, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Brush with olive oil and add a spoonful of honey.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Mix the yogurt, lemon and a teaspoon of olive oil in a ramekin and season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Place the yogurt sauce on a plate and arrange the carrots.
