    Step 1

    In 5 freezer-safe dishes, place a chicken/turkey escalope each.

    Step 2

    Prepare the different marinades.

    Step 3

    Marinades: Olive oil, lemon, garlic, parsley and yogurt. Soy sauce, honey, parsley. Yogurt, curry, lemon. Soy sauce and chili. Yogurt, paprika.

    Step 4

    Distribute the different marinades in each dish.

    Step 5

    Place the dishes in the freezer.

    Step 6

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and cook your dish for about 30 minutes.
