  • 100g soft butter
  • 80g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 8 milk chocolate balls
  • 40g dark chocolate or edible chocolate pen
  • Edible eyes

Recipe

Step 1

Mix the soft butter with the brown sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla, then mix in the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. Set aside in the fridge.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 3

Form 8 balls of dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten slightly with the palm of your hand.

Step 4

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and press a chocolate ball into the center of each cookie while still warm. Leave to cool completely.

Step 5

Melt the dark chocolate. Using a fine-tip piping bag or toothpick, pipe 8 small paws around each ball. Glue on mini sugar eyes.
