Roasted carrots with honey and yoghurt sauce

- 1 bunch of carrots
- Paprika
- Honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon
- olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash and cut the carrots in half
Place in a baking dish. Add the paprika, salt and pepper.
Brush with olive oil and add a spoonful of honey.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Mix the yogurt, lemon and a teaspoon of olive oil in a ramekin and season with salt and pepper.
Place the yogurt sauce on a plate and arrange the carrots.
