In accordance with legal provisions, we publish the gender equality index which consists of 5 indicators which assess inequalities between women and men in companies: pay gaps, gaps in the distribution of increases and distribution of individual promotions, the share of female employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave and finally the number of women and men among the ten highest earners.
