Pea, feta and mint cake

- 150g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 45ml olive oil
- 150ml milk
- 200g frozen or canned peas
- A few mint leaves
- 200g feta cheese
- salt and pepper

Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Mix the eggs, flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Add the olive oil and milk. Mix again. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the peas, chopped mint and feta to the mixture. Mix well.
Pour into a cake tin. Place a few peas and feta on top and bake for 45 minutes.
