Precautions for use :

• Avoid sudden temperature changes:
  Do not:
  - Place a hot dish on damp or cold surfaces
  - Immerse a hot dish in cold water.
  - Add cold liquid to a hot dish (if necessary, add hot water only)
  - Place a cold dish under the grill
  A hot dish or its lid should always be handled with potholders or dry gloves to
  avoid any risk of burns.
• Do not use sharp utensils.
• Do not use an electric mixer
• Microwave-safe with lids unlocked.
• Use in a conventional oven (without lids) at temperatures above 350°C may damage the glass.
• When using the item (without lids) under a grill/roaster, leave at least 10 cm between the edge of the dish and the heat source.
• Carefully cut into the dish
• Watertight product, suitable for transporting and storing liquid foodstuffs. Ensure that the lid remains locked and watertight during transport. Suitable for traditional oven without lid and microwave oven with unlocked lid.

Care instructions :

• Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Dishwashing under abnormal conditions, such as excessive water temperature and detergent dosage, may damage the decor, glass and lid.
• In the event of burnt or stuck food, we recommend soaking with soap and water once the dish has cooled.

Although our glass is more resistant than others, it can break into several pieces or be chipped by repeated mechanical impact.

Main causes of mechanical shock :

• In the dishwasher: repeated knocks during washing if the dish is not stable in the dishwasher, or if it has been knocked before washing. Always check the condition of the dish before putting it in the dishwasher.
• A shock or chip, depending on its intensity, can generate instantaneous breakage or the beginnings of a rupture that can lead to subsequent breakage.
• In the cupboard: during storage, incorrect stacking or bumping into another dish can result in chipping or burrs, which can lead to breakage at a later date.

Occasionally check for chips or dents.

• Aesthetic defects on receipt: Scratches, printing defects

• Incorrect assembly: color of a part does not match the product ordered

The warranty does not cover :

• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
• Damage caused by breakage or dropping of the product.
• Aesthetic alterations to the surface that do not interfere with the use of the product: stains, scratches, damaged/expired patterns, discoloration, personalization of first names, etc.
• Theft or loss.
