- Rice
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 radishes
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 mango
- 1 salmon fillet
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- 1 lime

Cook the rice and let cool
Cut the salmon into cubes and marinate in the soy sauce
Chop the cucumber, radishes, mango, avocado and grate the carrot.
Arrange the poke bowl on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
